We aim to process purchases quickly, but delivery times may occasionally be affected by network providers, payment verification, or temporary technical issues.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate phone numbers, payment details, and order information
  • Confirm bundle selections carefully before payment
  • Use the platform only for legitimate personal or business transactions

Payments and Delivery

All payments are processed through supported payment partners such as Paystack.

A purchase is treated as complete once payment has been confirmed and the data bundle has been successfully delivered to the selected number.

Refunds and Disputes

Refund decisions are handled according to our refund policy. If you believe there has been an error, contact support within 24 hours of the transaction.

We may request transaction details, payment proof, or order references before resolving any dispute.

Service Availability

We work to keep AkwaabaGH available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

We may update, suspend, or improve parts of the platform from time to time to maintain service quality and security.
